GOP Operative Going to Jail for Sex Crimes

A little further up the coast, the Orange County based Jeffrey Ray Nielsen, a conservative activisit, is going to jail for using two young boys for sexual acts.

Jeffrey Ray Nielsen—the well-connected Orange County conservative activist who claimed the so-called liberal media, specifically the Weekly, was out to get him by publishing a series of exposés on his pedophile activities—finally admitted on Dec. 5 that he used two boys for sex since the early 1990s.

I wonder why they were out to get him? This stuff is just sick.

Hate Crimes

The only thing the campus is really talking about this week: the attacks against members and supporters of the LGBT community.

Only hours after the Rally Against Hate, which was suppose to be in protest of the anonymous threatening letter to openly gay administrator David Case, someone attacked a 23-year old student associated with the rally.

The male perpetrator, sprung from behind the victim – described only as a GLBT ally and prominent member of the student body – choking her with a rope and blurting the words “faggot lover.” As the victim attempted to ward off the attacker, he threw her to the ground, fleeing the scene before the female could clearly identify him, authorities said.

"faggot lover"?? The idiots haven't even come up with anything better?

This is just depressing.

Don't forget to come out to the candlelight vigil tomorrow at 9pm. It'll be right after the Diva's Night Out show. Maybe we can come together, eventually.

Tunnel to Tecate

About 4am yesterday morning a tunnel and 15,000 pounds of pot where found in a stationary shipping container parked in a lot near Tecate.

The opening is about 3 feet by 3 feet and appears to be reinforced with lumber. Agents described the tunnel as sophisticated.

Sophisticated?

When the agent opened it farther, an individual inside jumped into the tunnel opening. The agent reported that a semi-automatic weapon was tucked into the waistband of the person's clothes.

The person has not been found.

I wonder why.

An interagency tunnel task force tested the passageway to ensure it is properly ventilated before agents venture deep inside, Foreman said.

An interagency tunnel task force?
